1pm EST on business days will ship on the
next business day.

have the tracking number please allow time
for it to enter the USPS system and

We offer a free shipping option for domestic
USA, UK and Canadian orders over $300. Due
to the increased cost of international
shipping we can only offer this to our USA
domestic, UK and Canadian customers.
However we do offer free international
shipping to any country for orders over $800
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
You are responsible to know the laws of your
country. Please research all peptides and
research chemicals to ensure that they are
legal for importation PRIOR to ordering.
Once the order has left our premises we
cannot be held responsible for customs hold
ups. Most countries will have no trouble but
we post this disclaimer in the off chance
that there is an issue.
If at any time during the foreign shipping
process a customer receives a "seizure
letter" from any customs service, it is
generally required that a copy of that
letter is digitally reproduced (scanned or
legible photograph) and e mailed to us for
examination. The reason for this is to give
us a chance to interpret your countries
legal policies on the products being shipped
and to write a response for release of the
seized shipment should that be a
possibility.
If by chance the order is returned to us and
you wish to have a refund then we will do so
only after we have received the good back.
It will purchase price minus shipping and a
15% restocking fee.
All items sold are legal for sale FOR
RESEARCH PURPOSES SPECIFICALLY in the USA
and most countries around the world.
We provide tracking information for all
orders so please be diligent and keep track
of your orders progress through the mail
system.
Returns/Refund policy
We will accept returns if it is due to
damage that is our fault or manufacturers
defects. The items that we sell are
chemicals and peptides and as such could
degrade if improperly handled. As a result
we are unable to resell products once they
have left our warehouse.
There are certain extenuating circumstances
where we will accept returns of unopened
research chemicals. The return must be
within 15 days of the time of the purchase.

Peptides on the other hand, due to their
fragile nature and us being unable to
monitor how they were handled when they were
out of our care, could possibly degrade. We
prefer not to accept returns of peptides due
to this fact. Although we will listen to all
cases should the need arise. Please

If you are missing an item or the item you
receive is damaged then please contact us
and we will send out a replacement free of
any shipping costs to you.
If A refund is deemed necessary then we will
manually refund your transaction or the
appropriate amount for the returned items.
Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and
will subject the client to being put on the
no sell list. Refunds will only be issued
after the items have been returned to us.

issues can be resolved very easily.

All Items are shipped safely and in a manner
that ensures safe arrival. If for any reason

If a product is missing from your order then
please contact us and once we verify the
legitimacy of the claim then we will send
the missing item to you. All orders are
documented and are photographed prior to
shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
PARTIALLY SHIPPED
ORDERS
On occasion an order may be taken for items
which aren't in stock. We will partially
send out your order with things that are in
stock and then fulfill the rest once we get
what is missing.
